ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
My Story
I am Dr. Jessica Evert- founder of GetClarityMedical. I created GetClarityMedical because I saw patients and families who need a team that builds on what their doctors and the healthcare system provides.

There is a need for patients and family members to get greater support understanding medical documentation/records (now that we can view progress notes and the like on our phones and tablets).
Many patients feel like they aren't getting a straight, honest picture of what's going on. There is a need for open, candid discussions around the implications of certain diagnoses, especially those that affect quality and quantity of life.
Sometimes, despite best intentions, the health system fails patients and there is an opportunity for patients and families to receive greater support in navigating care and getting the most out of doctors appointments.

I have specialization in Family Practice, Hospital Medicine, and Palliative Care - giving me a broad base of experience to draw on as an advocate, ally, and explainer. GetClarityMedical brings together this expertise to provide a holistic understanding of your health conditions and what you can expect in the months and years to come.
While we don't act as your doctor (we don't diagnose or treat medical issues), we serve as your ally to help you understand the realities of your health conditions and give you the clarity necessary to understand what is going on and how to make decisions going forward.
